Obituary for Timothy John Heminger

Timothy John Heminger 60, of Kirksville, Missouri passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 04, 2020.

He was born on Sunday, December 6, 1959 the son of Fred Heminger and Shirley Eitel in Kirksville, Missouri.

Tim is preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; uncle, Rollie Lee Eitel; wife Jamie Parker Heminger; mothers-in-laws, Kimberly Brumbaugh and Carolyn Adkins; sister-in-law, Maryjane Cartwright.

Survivors include his wife Jackie Brumbaugh Heminger; one daughter, Amanda Kate Heminger of Lincoln, Arkansas; two sons; Jeremy Scott Heminger and Timothy John Jr both of Fayetteville, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Austin Gardner, Kaitlyn Gardner and Aubrey Heminger; step children, Ryan Easley and Madison Easley; brothers, Mark Heminger of La Plata, Missouri, Glen Heminger of La Plata, Missouri, two half-sisters, Tammy Chrisman of Pennsylvania and Connie Vanwhell,; one aunt, Mary West and husband Dan of Macon, Missouri; father-in-law, Stephen Brumbaugh, sisters-in-law, Terrie Nolder, Jamie Brumbaugh, Cassie Adkins; two brothers-in-laws, Oz and Harley Brumbaugh along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Timothy enjoyed life, nature and being outdoors. He spent most of his life in Adair county and worked various construction jobs. On June 7, 1981 he married Jaime Parker and together they had 3 children before her passing. On September 19, 2019 he married Jackie Brumbaugh who survives him. Tim enjoyed playing cards, reading the Bible and sharing devotion time with Jackie, hanging out with his family and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Tim’s life will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the Fellowship Baptist in Kirksville, Missouri with Pastor Larry Gibson officiating.
