Marlene Fay Morris, 81, of Kirksville, Missouri passed away at her home on Friday, January 31, 2020.
She was born February 8, 1938 the daughter of Homer and Hilda (Radamacher) Hollrah in Charter oak, Iowa and married Kenneth Morris June 3, 1958.
Marlene is survived by her husband, Kenneth Morris; two sons, David Morris and wife Bonnie of Merriam Kansas, Landon Morris and wife Laura of Lincoln, Nebraska; seven grandchildren, Josh (Bree), Jordan (Emily), Austin (Amanda), Ben, Emily (Dalton), Jessica (Brandon) Garvin and Zachary Morris; nine great grandchildren and one brother, Roger Hollarh.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Shirley Schrann; and two brothers, Kenneth and Norman Hollarh.
Marlene loved nature and all that it provided; wildlife, bird watching, gardening, flowers, cats and all living creatures. She leaves behind a legacy of her work as in instrumental and conservator of the Morris Prairie in northern Sullivan County. She was a very caring and hardworking wife and mother.
Her wishes were for cremation and no services are planned at this time.
