Obituary for Lowell Dale "Jr." Woods Jr.
Lowell Dale Woods Jr., 55 of Green Castle, Missouri died on July 6, 2020 at Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville, Missouri.
He was born the son of Lowell Woods and Helena Woods in Kirksville on March 3, 1965.
He is survived by his three children John Woods and fiancé Kristi Lee of Green Castle, Missouri , Ashely and David Woods both of Kirksville, Missouri; two grandchildren, Samantha and Percy; two step grandchildren, Sabastian and Sophiya; one brother, Charles and wife Mary Woods of Richland, Iowa.
Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lisa Kay VanVelzer.
Lowell was a simple man that loved the outdoors hunting fishing and especially ice fishing. He lived most of his life cruising the open road and enjoying the countryside as he earned his living as a truck driver.
As an organ, eye and tissue donor, the Woods family would like to knowledge that Lowell gave the most precious gift anyone could ever give; the gift to save the lives of fellow man.
A BBQ and Life celebration in Lowell’s honor is being planned for a later date and will be announced.
Cremation services have been provided by A Simplified Funeral Solution in Green Castle, Missouri.
