“Lena” Lileana Marie Search, 46 of Kirksville, MO. passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday January 3, 2020.
She was born March 3, 1973 the daughter of Gilbert and Hallie (Lusher) Glaspie in Iowa City, IA.
Lena is preceded in death by her grandparents; her mother, Hallie and a nephew.
She is survived by her son, Zachary L. Robbins (Jenny Elliott) of Worthington, MO.; two daughters; one grandson, Axel L. Robbins of Worthington, MO.; father, Labe, Robbins (Marie) of Waterloo IA.; two brothers, Billy Lusher (Rhonda Potter) of Green Castle, MO. and Ronnie (April Kirby) of Worthington, MO.; she is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Lena grew up and spent most of her childhood in Schuyler county and also attended school at Schuyler R-1 in Queen City MO. She was a feisty small-town girl that enjoyed life, her friends and family. She especially enjoyed tormenting and picking on her uncles. She believed life was like a song and love to sing it at Karaoke. Lena enjoyed cooking; all things purple but most of all she loved her grandson.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Monday January 6, 2020 at A Simplified Funeral Solution in Green Castle, MO.
A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. on January 6, 2020 at the Pleasant Home Cemetery Hwy W Worthington, Mo. with Pastor Roger Bushnell officiating.
Active pallbearers will be Zachary Robbins, Billy Robbins, Pat Robbins, Zach Macklin, Billy Lusher, Labe Lusher.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Howe, Murl Lusher, Selby Lusher, Toni Robbins, Harley Everett, Axel Robbins, Luke Lusher and Robert McBee, Mark Lusher, Ronnie Glaspie.
