Obituary for Donna Warden

Donna Lee “Patterson” Warden, age 75, of Brookfield, MO was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on January 15th, 2020 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Mo with her granddaughter Bobby Amber by her side.

Donna was a loving daughter of Mae “Danielson” Patterson and George Washington Patterson. She was born September 17th, 1944 in Kirksville MO. She had two brothers, Clyde Patterson and Johnny Patterson; three sisters, Shirley McFarland, Jean Ruggles and Leona Payne.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Mae” Danielson” and George Patterson, two sons, Michael and Billy Pack him; both brothers, Clyde and Johnny Patterson; sister, Leona Payne; brother-in-law, Bobby Michael Stroud.

Donna is survived by her husband, Dave Warden; daughter, Susie Stroud; son, Jimmy Dale and wife Kelly Packham; seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren; sister, Jean Ruggles and Shirley McFarland.

Donna married Jimmy Dale Packham and to this union they had one daughter, Susie Mae “Strump” Packham and three boys, Jimmy Dale, Billy and Michael Packham. Later divorce she then remarried David Warden on April 7th, 1989 in Brookfield, Mo where they made their home.

Donna enjoyed life and was always putting others before herself she was a giver, she was always on the go she loved her family, friends and especially her grandbabies. She helped her granddaughters Bobby and Lisa raise her grandson, Atticus Marten who was the “apple of her eye” she also enjoyed watching her great grandson play football. Donna love to travel, take pictures and had an adventurous energy to her.

A “Celebration of Life” is planned for 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 at the Assembly of God church in Brookfield, Mo with a fellowship dinner to follow.

Donna's wishes were for cremation which has been provided by A Simplified Funeral Solution in Green Castle, MO. She will be laid to final rest at Park Lawn Cemetery in Brookfield, MO next to her sons.
