Obituary for Pamela Sue Brake (Hull)
Pamela Sue Brake, 75, of Bloomfield, IA, peacefully passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the
Bloomfield Care Center. She was born October 6, 1946 in Ottumwa, IA to Kenneth
and Floydene (Davis) Hull. She graduated from Davis County High School in 1965 and followed her aunts and uncles and grand-parents, Charles and Ada Hull, to Phoenix, AZ. There she worked for Hallcraft Homes in the title business. She married Dee Brake from Bloomfield, IA on November 26, 1988 in Phoenix, AZ. Pam moved back to Iowa in 2006 to be near family and the hometown she loved and missed. She was a kind and thoughtful woman, a bright light in many lives. She was always happy to be with her family and friends and loved to socialize with them. She could never pass a baby without admiring it. She is survived by her brother, Robert of Bloomfield, and sister, Patricia of Phoenix, AZ, children James (Jennifer) Brake of Marshalltown, IA and Melinda (Scott) Roberts of Lancaster, MO. 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a brother Steve Hull. Services will be held at a later date.
A memorial has been established to the family and can be mailed to the funeral home at 355 West Front Street in Green Castle Missouri.
