Joey Edward Stewart, 51 of Kirksville, Missouri died unexpectedly at his home Easter morning, April 16, 2017. He was born Christmas Eve, December 24, 1965 the son of James and Thelma (Williams) Stewart of Unionville, Missouri.

Joey is preceded in death by his parents and sister Trudy Mae Potter. He is survived by his wife; Robin Mae Grace Stewart of the home, two sons; Joey Noland Stewart of Springfield, Missouri, Brian Hilderman and wife Amanda of Novinger, Missouri; One daughter; April Eiler of Kirksville, Missouri; 6 grandchildren who he adored; Gauge Mason, McKenzie Hilderman, Jordan Hilderman, Keiley Holcomb, Kaiden Hoff and Keiara Hoff, one brother; James (Leda)Stewart of Kirksville, Missouri; brother-in-law Jerry (Joann) Hilderman of Unionville, Missouri; Nephew Brandon Stewart of Kirksville; Niece, Tausha (Cedrick Wyant and great niece, Embree Marie Wyant of Milan, Missouri.

Joey lived life to the fullest, his younger years were spent in Putnam county he enjoyed his dirt bikes and his love of the outdoors especially fishing. Joey spent his adult life in Kirksville, working and later enjoying life with his family and grandchildren.

Joey’s wishes were to be cremated, services are being provided by Wendy @ A Simplified Funeral Solution. Memorials are suggested to the family to cover expenses.
