Obituary for Deloris Lorene "Dee" White
Deloris (Dee) Lorene White, 54, of Higginsville, Missouri, formerly of Milan, Missouri, passed away suddenly Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan, Missouri.
Dee was born September 22, 1962 in Milan, Missouri the daughter of Ruth Howard and Nova Laverne Wyant. On September 20, 1996, she married Kenneth Ray White. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; father-in-law, Willie D. White; brother-in-law, Willie James White; two aunts, Willma Clark and Patsy Wyant and several uncles.
Dee is survived by her husband, Kenneth Ray White; daughter, Kelsey Denise White of Higginsville, Missouri; Step-daughter, Mekia Deione Talbert (Terry) of Raytown, Missouri; step-sons, Kenneth Jr. White of Kansas City, Kansas and Kennon Michael White of Emporia, Kansas; Her Mother, Ruth Howard of Green Castle, Missouri, Father, Nova (Bud) Wyant and wife Darlene of Milan, Missouri; mother-in-law, Tessie Lee White of Kansas City, Kansas; sister; Sara Wyant of Milan, Missouri; two brothers, Cedric Wyant (Tausha) of Milan, Missouri; Mitch (Christina) Wyant of Newtown, Missouri; and several aunts uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dee also survived by her friend Linda Kruger who was a huge part of her life

Dee grew up in Milan before moving to Kansas City, Kansas, where she meet her husband. They then relocated to Higginsville, Missouri. Dee spent many years caring for others as a Nurse’s aide. She was extremely hard working, loved people, talking and gardening in her flower beds. See loved her family and was devoted to the care of her family. Dee especially enjoyed this past year with her granddaughter
Dee’s life was taken suddenly while in the process of moving her family back home to her roots. She was looking forward to being back home and spending more time with her family.
A visitation for Dee will take place at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22,2017 at A Simplified Funeral Solution in Green Castle, Missouri. Funeral Service will follow the visitation at 8 p.m. with Andy Woods officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Campbell Cemetery.
